Employee Assistance
The District provides access to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through AllOne Health, under agreement with Reliance Matrix. This program offers confidential and free support services to all employees and their family members. The EAP provides up to three mental health sessions per six months, with options for in-person, virtual, or telephonic counseling. Additional benefits include life coaching, financial and legal consultations, medical advocacy, and referrals for childcare, eldercare, housing, and other personal needs. These services are available 24/7 through the Member Portal or by calling 855-RSL-HELP. The EAP promotes employee well-being by offering resources to manage stress, maintain mental health, and improve work-life balance, reflecting the District’s commitment to supporting the overall wellness of its staff and their families”
