Medical insurance through PEHP is available to qualifying employees at no cost. South Sanpete School District will contribute $2,000 into an HSA or HRA to help cover part of the deductible. Employees can also contribute pre-tax dollars to an HSA, up to federal maximums. Eligible employees covered under another provider are eligible for employer contribution of $3,000 into an HRA or HSA. 

DENTAL

VISION

LIFE/AD&D 

Basic Life/AD&D $0.00 Additional Coverage based on applicable premium schedule.

South Sanpete School District covers a $25,000 Term Life policy on the eligible employee, a $5,000 policy on the spouse, and a $2,000 policy for each dependent at no cost. The District also covers a $25,000 AD&D policy on eligible employees. Employees can apply for additional Term Life or AD&D coverage for an additional employee-paid premium.
