Vision

Eligible employees can purchase vision insurance with Ameritas Vision via payroll deduction. This is a voluntary benefit and the employee pays 100% of the premium. One plan is available with coverage for individual, two-party and family situations.

Enrollment is only available during the annual open-enrollment period (July 1-August 31). More information is available below.
