Brooke Hallows - Parent Member (Vice Chair)
Spencer Dyches - Parent Member (Chair)

1. Welcome and meeting called to order @ 3:06pm by Angela Gerber.

2. Motion to approve minutes from February 7, 2024 was made by Spencer Dyches and seconded by John Gillett. All in favor by all voting members.

3. John Gillett reviewed the current Trust Lands Plan for 2023-24 school year, and said everything is going as planned.

4. John reviewed with the Council the 2024-25 Trust Lands Plan. Most everything looks the same with a few minor changes. Spencer Dyches made a motion to approve the 2024-25 Trust Lands plan, Steve Weller seconded the motion. All in favor by voting members.

5. School Community Council Signature Form needs to be signed by all members of the council before April.

6. Enrollment & Staff changes for the 2024-25 school year. There will be approximately 148 new incoming 6th graders. We are pleased to announce our new counselor Cami Warby will be joining us this year. And leaving us will be our current counselor Sherrie Heywood to work for a private practice, and Tara Daniels who will be teaching 5th grade at Ephraim Elementary School.

7. End of Year Testing will begin in 2 weeks. Starting with Writing for our 8th grade students only April 9 -12. Testing for all grades will begin with Science April 22 - 26,
