Dear Students, Parents/Guardians,
The faculty and staff at Ephraim Middle School are excited to begin this upcoming school year. Here are some items to simplify the registration process and relieve some of the stress of the first days of school for you and your students.
Registration: August 6 - 8. Please do the following prior to attending:
Complete your PowerSchool online registration
New SSSD Students ONLY New SSSD Students
New AND Returning SSSD Students New and Returning SSSD Students
Schedule an appointment through School Bookings at:
https://www.schoolbookings.net/ Select: Make a Booking, enter code: 59K85
Bring updated immunization form for incoming 7th grade students.
At registration parents can pay for school fees, school lunch and iPad insurance.
Students need to accompany parents to registration if they plan to get their locker assignment and to pick up their iPad that day.
School Items:
Backpack: We strongly encourage students to have a backpack.
iPads: We encourage your students to bring their iPad each day fully charged.
Student Drop Off/Pick Up: Ephraim Middle School will open the doors at 7:30 am. PLEASE do not drop students off earlier. As you drop off and pick up students, we remind each of you to pull forward as far as you can in the drop off/pickup area to ease traffic congestion on 100 East).
Dress Code: Please refer to the district policy regarding dress code; as a reminder, no holes in pants above the knee, no shirts with bare midriffs, knee length shorts and skirts, and hair needs to be a natural color.
Cell Phones: Personal electronic devices (Cell phones, Smart Watches, EarBuds, etc) must remain out of sight AND be turned off OR on silent mode during school, including lunch (7:55 am - 2:40 pm M-Th, and 7:55 am-1:40 pm on Friday).
*If you have any questions contact one of the secretaries by calling 435-283-4037 during our office hours, 8 am - 3 pm. **The secretaries will not be available to take your calls during registration on August 6th, 7th, and 8th so leave a message and they will get back to you.
