Review of Ephraim Elementary School Community Council Rules of Order and Procedures
- Minutes are kept at meeting
- The council consists of the principal, school employees, and parent members.
- Voting for chair and co-chair
- Robby Cheney voted in as chair by all in attendance
- Kristen Weller voted in as co-chair by all in attendance
- Voting is done by simple majority
- Votes must pass by 2/3

- Review of required drills: fire, lockdown, lockout, earthquake
- Always looking to improve the safety of our school
- SRO, Jeff McQuivey. He is part-time with our school and the middle school

- This will be built into our rotations
- Norms and responsible behavior related to technology use

Wellness Policy
- Provided a few minutes to read through it
- Asked if there are any questions
EES Trustlands Breakdown
- Reviewed the totals and explained what the money was applied to within the school
- Trustlands have been completed for this year– An amendment can be made if we wanted to
