Community Council Minutes
February 5, 2025

Those in attendance: Arleen Jensen, Jess Jackman, Lisa Anderson, Jentri Nay, Elise Bown
- Review and approve minutes - Minutes were reviewed and approved. The motion was made by Lisa Anderson and seconded by Jentri Nay
- 23/24 Final Report - 67-78% on Grade Level Reading 51-68% on level in Math
- Current Spending - The current spending report was shared with the council. All was in order and on track as expected.
- Review Data - Reading and Math Data from Mid Year Testing - Reading BOY 63 MOY 73, and Math BOY 55 MOY 70
- Next Year’s Plan - Arleen asked committee members to start thinking about what they want next years plan to look like and changes they would like to make. This will be discussed at next month’s meeting.
- Review Wellness Policy - Our wellness policy was reviewed. We talked about the 4th Grade trip to Provo to do taste testing for school lunch on the 11th of March. There were no questions or concerns.
- Upcoming Dates :activities - PTC Feb 11, Brilliant Bulldog Feb 7-28, Next Council meeting March 5, Reader Night March 4, Book Fair March 3-7, Kindergarten, 1, 2nd grade Plays, Stem Day. Elise will do a display on opting in for text messages for PTC.

- Our next meeting will be held on March 5, 2025 at 3 pm in the faculty room.
