1- Plan Review-This year's plan will be wrapped up with summer trainings and next year's plan has been submitted and awaiting review from the school board and state.

2- Expenditures- Expenditures are happening just as the plan has directed and we are on track to spend all of the money that has been directed by the plan.

3- South Sanpete Wellness Scorecard- Mr King discussed the wellness scorecard 

4- Items to be aware of- Mr King also went over the new class scheduling procedures using powerschool to create the schedule. He relayed to us that the 3 reasons why they made the switch is first to make sure the students are getting what they need to graduate, second to provide students what they want in the way of electives and third to make sure that we are using our teachers effectively. He indicated that this is a new process to SSSD and he anticipates a few bumps in the road but is certain that these new procedures will make the scheduling process more efficient in the years to come.

The Old Gym renovations have begun and are coming along nicely. It is anticipated that the gym will be ready to go by the 15th of August.
