1- Discussed last year's plans and went over data to see how GVHS was doing in regards to the goals. We discussed ACT scores upcoming dates for the ACT. We discussed attendance data and how that might relate to better GPAs and ACT scores. We discussed graduation rates.

2- Discussed where we are on current expenditures.

3- Discussed the amount for next year's plan and possible amendments that may need to be made to last year's plan.

4- We discussed next year's plans and things that we would like to see in the plan started and finished creating next year's plan. Mr. King was assigned to get the plan transferred to the official trustland site as soon as it is back online.
