The Business Administrator and Board President are authorized to sign checks in accordance with the provisions of the following state statutes: 53A-3-204; 53A-3-303; and 70A-3-403.

The Board of Education authorizes the use of an "electronic signature image" in accordance with the following provisions:

1. Checks shall require two signatures at the school level or District level.

2. The signing of blank checks shall be prohibited.

3. All void or spoiled checks shall be marked and retained and the signature section shall be removed and destroyed.
