Dear Students and Parents,

It is a pleasure for me to welcome you back to school! We are planning for a great year at Ephraim Middle School. Here is a list of the items that are most important for your school registration process.

  1. Please complete your registration materials online before you come in to pay fees and pick up iPads. This needs to be completed before the dates listed below.

      -Go to the South Sanpete web site. Click on the link on the right sidebar that says: 
            Student Registration/PowerSchool.  
      -Log in and follow the link:
            To enroll/register your student, choose School Forms from this icon 
      -Then click on: 
            School Forms.  

(Please include two parent/guardian contact cell phone numbers and emergency contact info for individuals not living in the same household. If applicable, please include a cell phone number for your student.)

  1. * 8th Graders may pay fees, receive lockers, schedules and iPads
    Thursday, August 8, from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

        * 6th Graders may pay fees, receive lockers, schedules, and iPads
        Monday, August 12, from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
        **Student & Parent Orientation will be held at 5:30 p.m. in the
        Commons**

        * 7th Graders may pay fees, receive lockers, schedules, iPads and tour
        the school 
Tuesday, August 13, from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
        

If you are unable to attend your designated registration day, please come Wednesday, August 14th from 8:00am - 3:00pm. (No schedules will be given out early).

All parents should complete registration papers online again this year, as stated above in #1. Please contact the school secretaries if you need any assistance with this (435) 283-4037.

  1. Classes begin on Thursday, August 15, 2019 at 7:55 am. We will be on our early day schedule that first day—1:40 dismissal.

  2. ENROLLMENT FOR NEW STUDENTS- This can be done August 1st & 2nd from 9:00am - 2:00pm.

If your student is not planning on returning to Ephraim Middle School, please notify us as soon as possible so we can send their files sent to their new school.
